More is pushed by society
more money, more space
the size of our place
a story is told
weaved together as if it’s bold
as if every citizen lives in an above average home
even if their bills are piling up they always have the best phone
and you may wonder
who is the narrator
we try to capture human truth
and yet we’ve never got to the root
to the grime of an average life.
