Floating so heavily in space
held up there
rotating around the sun
how long till it falls?
Is there a ground?
It never ends
it keeps going and going
space never lets out
till one collides
within another.
Just a smidge back
or forward
the lights go out
or brighten to much
and it all ends
dependent upon the sun.
No wonder our minds
can’t process ending
when space is forever
as far as we know
we can’t find the end
we cant see the beginning
of all time.
