If I stare at the same place
I can see your face
I can their face
I can create a new face
by shoving them within the mind blender
pressing the buttons faster until their bones surrender
and they become a beautiful paste
that I reshape on this plate
cleansing the faces of their ugly
that stench of smugly
when the original face would point out flaws
until all the eyes were raw
and I’d say “pretty soon it’ll all be ugly
leaving no other choice than speaking politely.”
