maybe please
this time
I’ll write more than several lines
hating the words I’m reading back in my head
this character I shall write off dead
if one tries and cant succeed
shall they just proceed
or take a hammer to the keyboard
each word strikes another cord
it feels as if a chore
to prevail
isn’t it easier to quit before you fail?
