Repelled by an internal fan.

I’m not a drug dealer
I’m not an alcoholic
and I’m often not a pill popper
I’m just a dysfunctional fuck
that rarely understands
the majority’s point of view
left in confusion as several voices speak
trying to translate English
as if it’s foreign to my ears
although it’s my native tongue
and still
the words don’t quite make it
to my brain to fully digest
it just sort of hits my ears
repelled by an internal fan
that runs on
a devotion to reject
mandatory meet and greets.
